Recent Projects – Mezzanine Floor & Racking System Purchases and Removals

Here are some of the recent projects we have completed for our clients where we have bought and removed racking systems and mezzanine floors from their commercial premises.

An international manufacturer and supplier, 30,000 sq ft, pallet racking and mezzanine floors removed along with several internal hydraulic cranes. The client based in the USA was very pleased with the outcome and speed to ensure they could hand the keys back and not to incur further rent.

Educational supplies. Over 130,000 square feet. Approx. 70,000sqft of racking and almost 15,000 sq ft of mezzanine floors. All completed on time.

Our clients were a motor parts manufacturer who were relocating to a new site with an automated storage system. The mezzanine floor and racking systems were dismantled by the client’s workforce ready for collection. After a site visit we were able to assess the racking and mezzanine, access to the site, agree a price with the client and confirm a convenient date for the collection.

15,000sq ft. The landlord exercised the break clause and issued the tenant with a schedule of dilapidations. We worked closely with the client’s RICS surveyor on this one to remove the pallet racking systems from the site.
